Research On The Factors Of Influencing The Performance Of Migrant Workers Returning Home For Business

Agriculture is the basis of our national economy, the first problem we must to solve if we want our country’s economy get a health stable and sustainable development is the the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", China’s urbanization way is the only way for the development of economy in our current economic situation.Promoting and accelerating the urbanization construction has the important practical significance to speeding up our country’s economy,solving the existing surplus labor force problem at the same time,thus finally solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers".Human are at all, so the continuously urbanization’s promoting power is to solving the human problems.The population urbanization refers to "migrante workers" urbanization,urbanization is not the unique phenomenon to China economic,it’s a certain stage in economic developed,but "migrante workers" is the unique problem to China, so the Chinese characteristic economy development path to the problem of "migrante workers".The "migrant workers" problem is the fist problem we must study on if we want to research the characteristics of Chinese’s economic development road.After financial crisis "migrant workers" causes scholars’hot debate,lots of "migrant workers" loses their job,in order to solve the problem of this part of "migrant workers" facing,the government has issued a related policyto promote entrepreneurship,and in the policy guidance appearing "chuagnyechao".How to push migrant workers return home to entrepreneurship,and how to improve entrepreneurial success rate?the author thinks high entrepreneurial success rate can arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of migrant workers venture,to boost rural migrant workers positive business.Therefore,study the influence factors,will directly related to the enterprising enthusiasm of migrant workers.This paper first through literature review,having a definition of the dimensions of business enterprise performance for migrant workers,determined the performance measurement,and combining with the business enterprise performance factors we got a model on influence the farmers’business performance factors.After a questionnaire survey for jiangxi poyang lake ecological economy zone,we got the research data,we use the statistical software to processing the date to get the expected result.The results concluded that the different factors have the different influence on migrant workers’s business performance.Finally,this paper according to the empirical results, we gave some suggestion on how to improve Entrepreneurial Performance.
