A Study On The Problem Of Migrant Workers Returning To Their Hometowns For Entrepreneurship In County C

The strategy of rural revitalization is the general grasp of the work of the three rural areas in the new era of China.Under the background of rural revitalization,rural workers returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses have gradually become the "leaders" of rural revitalization.More and more rural workers return to their hometowns to start their own businesses,which not only bring back new lifestyles and thinking concepts in cities,but also drive the sustainable development of rural economy and steadily improve farmers’ income to a certain extent.Migrant workers who return to their hometowns not only solve their own employment problems,but also create more jobs for local residents,which has a certain alleviating effect on the employment pressure of the society.This thesis studies the problem of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses in County C of Anhui Province.Through literature reading and consulting related materials,we analyze the influence between rural migrant workers’ entrepreneurship and industrial prosperity,and adopt a combination of questionnaire survey,field research and data analysis,and through interviews with entrepreneurs,we analyze the current situation of several towns in County C from two levels: entrepreneurial subjects and established enterprises,and based on the compilation and analysis of research data and interview content,we conclude that The entrepreneurial subjects are mostly middle-aged entrepreneurs,with low education level and mostly married men with one skill;the enterprises founded in their hometowns are small in investment scale,with few employees and mainly in primary industries.The author summarizes the dilemma and causes,and concludes that there is a shortage of funds and financing difficulties for migrant workers to start businesses in their hometowns;the entrepreneurs’ own ability is generally not high;the entrepreneurial policies and project information are not publicized enough and not fully implemented;the entrepreneurial environment and infrastructure are not perfect.Therefore,in view of the current problems of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship in County C,optimization suggestions such as strengthening financial and fiscal services to broaden financing channels,providing entrepreneurship training and education to improve the entrepreneurial ability of migrant workers,actively introducing relevant entrepreneurship support policies and strengthening policy publicity,providing perfect infrastructure and good entrepreneurial environment,and actively carrying out the Internet+ entrepreneurship model are put forward.Migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses can,to a certain extent,promote the development of rural areas and drive rural revitalization.
