Management system is not smooth, the setting of structure is not reasonable, resulting in many villages and towns popularizes personnel are heavily engaged in other work, serious impact on their work. Therefore, from personnel of farming ability promotion from the perspective of basic level agricultural technology extension system in evaluation of mechanism has a high theoretical value and practical significance.For the deep run a mechanism how to farming ability personnel promotion behavior influence, this research through the questionnaire survey to obtain relevant data, from the point of view of organization behavior, to the Jiangxi province3counties (Taihe, Wan-an, stars) the promotion of ability of basic level farming management system and the organizational environment, human resources management mechanism, agricultural extension in mechanism, farming ability member income distribution mechanism, farming ability personnel work mechanism and farming ability member assessment and incentive mechanism from6aspects, system analysis on the promotion effect of behavior and performance. In addition, we will also through a telephone survey, understanding farmer of farming ability member promotion behavior evaluation and satisfaction, on one hand understanding of the mechanisms of construction survey; on the other hand assessment of farming ability personnel to organize the management system and operation mechanism of satisfaction evaluation, based on the analysis of farming ability member engaged in the promotion of psychological activity and behavior the characteristics, and the operating mechanism of agricultural technology extension how to effect the farming ability member psychology.
