For the enterprise itself, in the increasingly competitive commercial battlefield, Want to continue development, it is necessary to deal with internal and external relations of various factors so building a harmonious enterprise, is the direction of enterprise development and the necessary requirement of social development.In this paper, a harmonious enterprise as a starting point, Harmony will be applied to the operation of an enterprise development. And to enterprise external macro-win-win operating mechanism, external micro-win-win operation mechanism, and internal the main-win-win operation mechanism of the enterprise as the first grade index, extending the corresponding second index and the third index to build a harmonious enterprise’s operational mechanism. Then use AHP to determine the weight of each index, and came to comprehensive evaluation. On this basis, doing an empirical analysis of a harmonious enterprise operational mechanism, through the questionnaire design and data collection, establishing the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model Combined with each index weights, come to the enterprise overall and at all levels of the final harmony evaluation results, then Analyzing the problems of corporate harmony.The structure and evaluation research on operation mechanism system of harmonious enterprise has certain theoretical and practical, companies can come to the harmony of the overall harmony and enterprise level by using it. on this basis, to improve it, enterprise will get certain guiding significance.
