Theory And Practice Research On Building Harmonious Enterprise

To build a harmonious society is a common goal which is fought for by all Chinese. As a part of society, building a harmonious enterprise plays an important role of building a harmonious society. At the same time, building a harmonious enterprise is also an essential requirement for its sustainable development. In this paper, the harmonious management theory is applied to the practice of enterprise management. Researches are carried out on the theory and practice of building a harmonious enterprise.On the basis of analyzing the correlative concept of Harmony, This paper proposes the practical significance of building a harmonious enterprise. Then, to the question of disharmony and causation in enterprise, this paper suggests the way to build a harmonious enterprise and proposes an evaluation method. A harmonious enterprise is mostly built from three aspects, including psychology harmony,human -relation harmony and ecological harmony. For the three aspects, this paper puts forward specific measures. Finally, by the evaluation method of harmonious enterprises, the degree of the enterprise's harmony is evaluated, to guide its building of a harmonious enterprise.Finally, the empirical analysis on the measure to build a harmonious enterprise iscarried out. For the actual situation of Company A, specific measures are proposed, and its harmony is evaluated.
