On Harmonious Enterprise And Establishment Of Evaluation Index System

The implementation of harmonious management and the construction of harmonious enterprise has become a prevailing consensus. By standard analysis and AHP, this thesis analyzes harmonious enterprise's content, features, influencing factors and Evaluation Index System, which has important reference value for the study of the theory of harmonious enterprise and the construction of harmonious enterprise.Harmony Enterprise, an emerging area, is the state of enterprise development that has a variety of internal and external relations of coordination, with economic development, human fraternity, scientific management, integrity, commitment to social responsibility characteristics. From the static side, the harmony of enterprise can be divided into three aspects: the inner harmony of enterprise; the harmony between enterprises and external stakeholders; the harmony between enterprises and other more extensive main bodies. From the dynamic side, based on different stages of the life cycle of enterprise, the harmony of enterprise involves different level contents and focuses. There is a "disharmony" issue in real-life enterprise, namely there are various factors which affect the harmony of enterprise, such as the enterprise system, corporate strategy, corporate culture, the quality of personnel and the external environment. This thesis establishes a harmonious enterprise evaluation index system including the strength of enterprise, the potential of enterprise development, the harmonious labor relations of enterprise, corporate harmonious interpersonal relations, internal management mechanism harmony, enterprise harmony with stakeholders, business and wider main harmonious ,a seven indicators and two 29 indicators, and using AHP to empower the various indicators to determine the impact of various indicators on the harmony of enterprise. Through the index value of the non-dimensional treatment, the value of the various indicators can be integrated and comprehensive evaluations can be obtained, and finally a harmonious enterprise grading standards for a harmonious enterprise comes out, which provides an important basis for evaluation.The main innovations in this paper can be summed up in three aspects: first, it raised the three-level structure of harmony enterprise, which sorted out the choroid of chaotic and complex relationship for the harmonious enterprise. Second, it analyzes impacts of enterprise harmonious elements, which provides theoretical guidance for building a harmonious enterprise. Third, it builds a harmonious enterprise evaluation index system, and through the application of AHP for the empowerment indicators, it identifies indicators of the impact on the enterprise harmonious weight, making the study of harmony enterprises into a quantitative way, which made up the shortcomings of this kind of study in the past.
