Study On The Evaluation And Approaches To Building Of A Harmonious Enterprise

Building a socialist harmonious society is the central task of the Communist Party ofChina in governing and rejuvenating，as a basic unit of society, enterprise’s degree ofharmony has a direct impact on the building of a harmonious socialist society, theconstruction of enterprise should obey the overall situation, the building of a harmoniousenterprise should be in the first place. Harmony is the soul of enterprise development,enterprise needs development, and harmony is the key, enterprise development should bepromoted by harmony and protect the harmony. Building a harmonious enterprise helps fostera group sense of competition, promotes the realization of the corporate strategic objectives, soas to achieve the unity of the economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits,ultimately to achieve a sustainable and coordinated development of the enterprise.On the basis of studies of harmonious enterprise construction at home and abroad, thispaper describes the connotation, characteristics of harmony and definition, connotation andcharacteristics of harmonious enterprise, analyzes the influencing factors of the harmoniousenterprise including the enterprise system, corporate culture, corporate strategy, the quality ofpersonnel, harmony of internal relations, the external interests of stakeholders and externalenvironment. According to the principles of constructing a harmonious enterprise evaluationindex system, this paper builds an index evaluation system of harmonious enterprise including7level indicators and24secondary indicators through indicators setting and indicatorsscreening.This paper describes the scientific and rationality of application of analytic networkprocess (ANP) to determine the weight of harmonious enterprise evaluation index, providesan overview of the ANP model structure and calculation methods. In this paper, the surveymethod is used to obtain the data and SD2.0software is used to calculate the weight values ofall levels of evaluation indicators of harmonious enterprise. On this basis, this paper describesthe application process of ANP comprehensive evaluation method through applicationexamples, finally draws harmonious comprehensive evaluation value of an enterprise and itscomprehensive evaluation values of the indicators at all levels. Based on the above data, this paper then clears the important contents and weak links on which the construction of aharmonious enterprise should focus. And the strategy ways of a harmonious enterpriseconstruction are put forward by enhancing the development potential, establishingharmonious labor relations in enterprises, establishing harmonious relationship, achievinginternal fair, improving and perfecting harmonious enterprise management mechanism,building enterprise culture, full shaping of the corporate image.
