By using this method, it divides the core of the human resources management authority of Enterprise C and builds the organization design of hierarchical authority system of group and different growth subsidiary companies and the authority partition scheme of pay performance, recruitment appointments, training and career development between Group C and subordinates companies. After make the enterprise group and subsidiaries respective of permission clearly, enterprise group’s internal work becomes smoother and the relationship between enterprise group and subsidiaries becomes closer and more harmonious which laid a solid foundation of the rapid development of the enterprise.While this article is specific to the analysis and research on the human resource control permissions of enterprise (Group C) and industry (comprehensive logistics), what’s worth mentioning is that Group C based on successfully divide the human resources management authority which expand the division and management system and citing reservation system. What’s more, it also divides the Group C other business and management rights successfully. Therefore, the control of thoughts and ideas of the division and management system and citing reservation system has significance to the entire enterprise control permission and the all enterprises human resource control permission.
