In today’s business competition between companies is more and more fierce.How to attract talents, reasonable arrange human resources, reduce the personnelcost, and improve enterprise competitiveness becomes the enormous challengewhich enterprise human resources management has to face. Enterprise managementin the human-centered, giving full play to the initiative of the talent, increasingemployee satisfaction will become increasingly important. Therefore, enterprises mustestablish a set of powerful human resource management solutions, namely: thehuman resource management information system, to help it out. ERP (enterpriseresource planning), is a management tool, which applies modern informationtechnology on the basis of the supply chain, and was internationally adopted sincenineties of the20th century. Human resource management information system in theERP system can make enterprise operating effectively. But how to implement ERPsystem and effective combination of enterprise human resources managementpractice for manufacturing enterprises in China is an urgent task.This paper mainly in view of the XJ group corporation SAP human resourcesmanagement model of SAP system implementation study, from the managementdemand of customer, puts forward the overall solutions and blueprint, the optimizationof business process reengineering and system realization of the function one by onefor analysis. Through the implementation of human resources managementinformationization, the XJ group company Human resources management of fourdaily business process flow will be implemented in the SAP system managementactivities and daily practice, including organization management, personnelmanagement, time management, payroll accounting management. Throughout theprocess, we will make full analysis and understand the enterprise human resourcesmanagement demands, and design the HR operation flows based on system function.Combining with advanced experiences and industry management concepts in theERP system, we will make the system function to have certain forward-looking and theflexibility of change to adapt to the enterprise future development, and strive to makethe existing management of the enterprise having certain promoted value. Thedetailed human resource data information system management can provide reliable and powerful data support and auxiliary reference, such as query, statistics, analysis,and all aspects of the decision-making for the enterprise. The whole system cangreatly improve the enterprise working efficiency and the quality of human resourcesmanagement. This paper hopes to providing references for other domesticmanufacturing enterprises, through the research and analysis to the case of XJ groupcompani’s SAP human resource management implementation.
