Research On Supervision Of The Food Safety In Perspective Of Synergetics

The food is each of us every day to eat, whose safety related to each individualsafety and health. In recent years，with domestic and international food safety incidentshave happened frequently，people have being worried about food safety deeply.It wasfound that traditional food safety regulation system is faced with many challenges，forexample, more and more serious environmental pollution, emerging technologies, noscientific and rational use of fertilizers feed the indiscriminate use and even abuse offood additives and an increasing globalization of production and operation of consumer...All of the problems gave the traditional food security regulatory system many challenges,and the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents also shows that traditional foodsafety regulatory system is not very effective, which prompted us to look for the issue offood safety regulation, the analysis of the problem causes, and solutions to problems.The first part of this introduction include a brief description of the food safetysupervision in Shenyang City, the background and significance of the research situationat home and abroad, the main method of research ideas and innovation of this paper andshortcomings; the second part explains the food safety supervision, the basic concepts ofsynergetics theory and other basic concepts focuses on the synergetic theory and has animportant inspiration of food safety supervision; the third part of the paper study the“poison bean sprouts incident” as the starting point of in-depth analysis the situation andthe problems of food safety regulation, and to explore its causes of Shenyang City; forthe above reason, the forth part put forward concrete strategies and proposals for foodsafety regulation in Shenyang City; concluded on the basis of the results of the study, thefifth part affirmed the achievements in food safety regulation and be confidence of itsfuture.This article has always been the synergetics as the theoretical perspective andtheoretical basis, which will not only improve the government’s regulation of food safety,but also to strengthen market supervision and civil organizations and other social forces,to formation of synergies, in order to effectively compensate for the food safetyregulatory deficiencies, which is the positive significance of this article.
