Performance management constitutes the core part of human resource management andis also a powerful tool for the organization to achieve its strategic targets. Performancemanagement has played a pivotal role in the process of corporate goals though settingreasonable performance goals, establishing a continuous performance communication andpromoting continuous performance improvement.TY Company was owned by TY logistics company, was founded in2009, it has201staffs. The business scope is about logistics. The TY is as the research object, usingperformance management theory. I designed and discussed the system of company’sperformance management combining with the industry characteristics of the logisticscompanies, the strategic targets and the management situation.On the research, the paper uses the following method. Firstly, the theory combines withpractice. I take full account of the actual management situation in TY and characteristics ofthe industry to design targeted based on modern theory of performance management in theprocess of designing performance management system. Secondly, it’s the systematization. Ifully consider all key aspects including planning, implementation, assessment, feedback andapplication of performance management in the process of designing performancemanagement. All links thread the whole process of the performance management in order toform a closed system. Finally, it’s the usefulness. I take full account of internal managementhabits and the ability of employee acceptance in TY in the process of writing and designing.I make local innovation and adjustment combined with TY company’s actual situation on theaspects of designing assessment indicators and assessment tool, in order to adapt to thecompany’s strategic development and vision target.First the article analyzes the research meaning and methods and discusses the theoryand methods of performance management in a certain degree. And then the paper introducesthe company’s basic situation and main problems of the current performance system.According to the drawbacks of current system to redesign, the system of performancemanagement forms a closed loop and adds the feedback and interview of the performance.Finally, we assess the new performance system and summarize the inspiration formed inpractice.
