Performance Management is to guarantee the implementation of the corporations' stratagemgoal. Also it is a method of improving the performance management and a key of the humanresource management. The corporation's salary management, training management andemployees' career development all have the relationship with the performance management. Theperformance management is better. It can activate the human resource management of thecorporations and also a kind of prompting for the employees. Now the performance managementin most of the corporations is only a way of form. It does not do its management function. Themain reasons are the actual operation of the performance management is complex and the wholemanagement level and the employee's skill are limited. So it is necessary to set up a suit ofapplied performance management to help most of the middle and small corporations in China.This context tries to introduce a general scenario which related to the performancemanagement of Medium and Small Enterprises, and using this scenario to represent theimplementing flow of performance management and grantee the practical instruments. It hopesthat setting up a model of medium and small enterprises operation management to reflect somereferences.First, introducing the status of the general management about this corporation, and detectingthe main existing management problems.Second, analyzing the main reasons which reflecting the unsuccessful performancemanagement of the most current corporations in nation, in order to avoid such problems inpractical situations.Finally, introducing the general scenario of the project design about the performanceappraisal, the preparation instruments in prophase, and the whole content enactment of assesssystem and the implementation of performance examine process. Then make the simpleconclusion.
