Want to make enterprise can in the rapidly developing market situation andget a foothold in the further development of traditional management mode, have not adaptedto the needs of the enterprises. Enterprise must set up perfect modern human resourcesmanagement system, from previous “tactical†type management, the transition to “strategicâ€management. Scientific strategic human resource management is for sustainable development,turbine enterprises improve performance and competitive advantage of fundamental. In thenew situation, as one of the large power construction enterprises, Jiang Men, Guangdong, Sgroup is not only facing a huge market opportunity, but also facing enormous challenges.Therefore, how to optimize the group human resources management system in order toquickly and effectively improve the level of human resource management has become animportant problem to be solved for S group.In this article, we use human resource management theory as a guide, and using literature,interview and expert opinion consulting method to analysis the status of S group, explore themain problems existed in the human resource management according to seven aspects whichare human resource planning, job management, recruitment and selection, compensationmanagement, performance management, training management and employee management.Finally, we do some research on how to optimize the human resource management of S group.Based on empirical study of the human resource management of S group, this paper isseeking for a method for power construction enterprises to optimize the human resourcemanagement of S group, which could improving the human resource management level of Sgroup, enriching the power construction enterprises’ human resource managementoptimization strategy research and achieving the purpose of improving economic performance.It aims to provide a beneficial reference for the future development of power constructionenterprises. |
