In a diversified industry group,the number of human resources is very large,also has a multi-level,wide distribution,business heavy features in their work.How to stimulate the work potential of the team through targeted performance management to improve enthusiasm and control is an important way to further optimize the enterprise human resources management work.Therefore,we take JXZ Group as an example,concerned about the human resources team in the performance management system in which the situation,play the role and their own performance management issues.As a large industrial diversified private enterprises,JXZ Group has more than 400 people in the human resources workforce,who do many support for business strategy implementation even other works.We analyzed the JXZ Group's performance management system,through the questionnaire,interviews and other forms,to understand the performance of human resources management team.We found that the performance management of human resource team has the characteristics of low concern,high risk,less application and the performance management form is greater than the content.They often cooperate with other teams to carry out performance work but ignored their own.The overall vitality of the team has not been excited,low enthusiasm,the implementation of corporate strategy did not form a joint effort.In order to solve these problems,we combined with the KPI,BSC and other performance management methods to use of different degrees of optimization in the performance indicators,assessment process,interview process,performance results.The program strengthens risk management,improves the effectiveness of the work and the results are fully applied.It also has some reference for the optimization of performance management of other large-scale human resources team.
