Hui’s characteristic Village embodies its cultural value, value in use and in emotion by means of unique ethnic culture, and has incalculable social value and irreplaceable historical and cultural role. The protection and construction of Hui’s characteristic Village is regarded as the embodiment of its cultural value, value in use and in emotion.
