In the background of smart grid and information, how will power marketing develop is what the power supply enterprise concerns. The planning construction of smart grid brings new changes for renewable energies, such us wind energy, water energy and solar energy. The distributed generation of renewable energies has many advantages, such as it is widely distributed, it has small size limit and it needs less investment. In the background of the smart grid, the impact of distributed power grid is the concern of many power supply enterprises. With the rapid development of smart grid, the needs for distributed energy generation is becoming more and more intense, causing great impact on long-term monopoly of the power marketing business. With the development of economy and technology, the competition between the traditional power industry and the distributed energy generation is becoming more and more intense. The related research of the power of marketing is becoming urgent.Network marketing a modern marketing method by using modern communication technology, computer network and digital interactive multimedia. With the rapid development of the Internet, the network is not only a tool, but has also become the people’s close partnership. For this, network marketing emerges through the use of the network for business. With the construction of strong smart grid work started, electricity marketing as smart grid terminal, is the realization of strong smart grid of the new function of the physical carrier and foundation, is the smart grid development starting point and end point, is the " smart grid implementation and power users to interact, improving customer service quality " the main carrier.
