21st century is the era of knowledge economy, information technology era, it is the era of competition and incentive business. Knowledge creation, dissemination, sharing and application of the enterprise's key to sustainable competitive advantage, and as the carrier of knowledge─knowledge workers, the core staff, its value is irreplaceable. As knowledge workers a high degree of aggregation of the high-tech IT companies, because of its special nature of the industry and highly competitive, knowledge workers have for their important role.In the face of high-tech enterprises from foreign competition and domestic IT companies, while domestic enterprises as the impact of the traditional incentives, and Chinese IT enterprises in the initial stage of the special period, the lack of management experience, incentive problem is serious, particularly for knowledge employee incentive problems are particularly serious.Enterprise IT brain drain rate is one of the major problems demanding prompt solution. Therefore, how in this highly competitive industry and maintain sustainable competitive advantage, it must solve the incentive problem of knowledge workers.The solution to China Knowledge IT staff motivation problems, we must combine it with specific industry environment, to understand China's urgent need for knowledge workers to understand their own businesses themselves can develop for their own corporate incentive system in order to finally solve the enterprise knowledge workers incentive problems in order to retain the best talent.Based on the comprehensive analysis of relevant theoretical basis of research results to enhance scientific and technological enterprise IT staff motivation as the central knowledge of the content。First reviewed and summarized the concepts and theories related to motivation, motivation to expand the theory of foreign understanding and awareness;Then, leads to the concept of knowledge workers, knowledge workers and then on its own characteristics and features were described, respectively, followed by IT high-tech enterprises in our country, the encouragement of knowledge-based analysis of the status, obtained high-tech enterprises in China IT Staff motivation in knowledge-based reasons for problems; Third, through the high-tech enterprise of foreign IT workers incentives for knowledge to analyze and summarize the status of some inspiration and experience; Fourth, the data in the study, based on an empirical analysis of China's IT staff motivation factors of Knowledge, and come in line with China's national conditions of the most effective incentive; Fifth, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the proposed high-tech enterprises in China IT staff to implement effective knowledge-based incentive system fierce.
