With the accelerate development of the world economic globalization, the competitionamong the enterprises has been becoming more and more fierce. As one of the majorfactors to the core competitiveness of enterprises, the enterprise culture has got more andmore people’s attention in strategic human resource management. However, the personalvalues, the sense of mission, the sense of belonging and the relationships of the knowledgeemployees will affect the knowledge employees’ loyalty to the enterprises in the differentculture backgrounds. It has become a problem to be solved in the modern enterprises’strategic human resources management to increase the knowledge staffs’ loyalty to theenterprise in order to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture system. The purposeof this study was to improve enterprise knowledge staffs’ loyalty in order to providetheoretical basis to improve the efficient, sustained and healthy development through thedata analysis between the enterprises’ culture incentive factors and the influence of theknowledge staffs’ loyalty.First of all, through the study of relevant literature at home and abroad, the theories inthe enterprise culture, the knowledge workers and the employee loyalty are introduced.The factors of enterprise culture, the influence factors of employee loyalty and thecharacteristics of knowledge workers are analyzed and provide a theoretical basis for theresearch model of this article.Secondly, combining the relevant theories and research results put forward thetheoretical model of this paper, the definition of the corporate culture, employee loyaltyand the concept of knowledge workers. In this paper, the structure of the enterprise cultureis divided into five dimensions from three aspects of the spirit culture, the system cultureand the behavior culture, and the five dimensions are values, interpersonal harmony,innovation, leadership style and the social responsibility; The employee loyalty is dividedinto emotional loyalty, the continue to loyalty and specification, and putting forward inthis paper, the research hypothesis on this basis.Again, according to the study of the theoretical model, the mature scale has beendesigned in accordance with the questionnaire of this study, research the proper selection of the target group, so as to get the relevant data, and using the related software (SPSS17.0&AMOS17.0) for analysis, and interpretation and verification of the results: the influenceof the enterprise values, the interpersonal harmony, leadership style and the socialresponsibility on the social responsibility is greater than the continued loyalty andnormative loyalty; the innovation’s influence on affective loyalty is slightly lower than thenormative loyalty; the emotional loyalty on the influence of the enterprise cultureincentive factors is divided into five dimensions from high to low in turn, the leadershipstyle, the value, the interpersonal harmony, the social responsibility and the innovation;and put forward the interpretation of the results.Finally, the results of this study as the foundation, proposing the rationalizationproposal on how to improve the knowledge staff loyalty from five aspects of setting upenterprise values, implementing humanistic management, developing innovation incentivemechanism, attaching the great importance to the performance of social responsibility andestablishing departure intervention mechanism.
