Advances in communications and information technology, it makes clear and continuously that communications market increased competition, communications operators profit margins presented increasingly refinement and weak trend, communications operators are thinking about their own advantages, while exploring a development path of transition, and looking for a operating model is difficult for competitors to emulate. AA company in the fierce competition in the market environment, strengthen the procurement and supply of materials management, reduce procurement costs to enhance their core competitiveness, the third profit resource. Material supply management as the an important part in the value chain of production and operation has been gradually strengthened, but their efforts are still not reflected in particular in the centralization of the supply of materials, the lack of standardization and information technology, high efficiency and other aspects of the process, materials supply aspects of the lack of systematic and scientific management. Along with further intensified competition in the mobile communications market, especially with the development of3G until4G technology era, AA company in the competition will be at a disadvantage and other operators.
