Along with the global economy integration led to more and more intense market competition, automobile industry competitive situation has intensified, automotive products in quality level of competition has intensified too. The degree of automobile quality directly decides the consumer buying intention, become a car brand market popularity around the key elements, so more and more automobile manufacturing enterprise will improve the quality of automobile enterprise development as a subject, improving the quality of the car has become the foundation of the development of the enterprise survival.This paper analysis the quality problems of the automobile producing according to the Quality Psychology, before that, looking up a large number of relevant literature both at home and abroad quality psychology as a theory support, in the process of analysis, firstly, defines the automotive manufacturing quality psychology research object, this paper divided total quality management contained "man, machine, material, method, environment"(4M1E) into the subjective research object and the impersonal research object two parts, fit "man" into the subjective research object, the rests are classified as the impersonal research object, secondly, from the view of quality psychology, the paper defines the influence factors of quality psychology from the following three aspects, the subjective influence factors include the quality attitude, the quality consciousness, quality ethos, quality emotional four levels. The impersonal influence factors include the quality behavior, the quality ability, the quality environment.And the terminal influence factors take the quality of social approval as influence index.Throughing researching the quality of psychology research object and the analysis of the affecting factors, the paper analysis the quality questions of the automobile producing once again, firstly, analysis the constitute of automobile quality. Secondly, describe the process of the automobile quality, as well as in quality forming process of the key elements, and finally close bond quality psychology, formed the research object and influence factors of correlation analysis. In the basis, this study constructed the automobile manufacture of quality psychology theory model, and through the structural equation validated in the automotive manufacturing quality psychology model accuracy and effectiveness, and combining the current our country automobile industry quality present situation, this paper puts forward four Suggestions to improve the quality of automobile industry promotion, respectively as the foundation conditions parallel cultivation and construction principles, emotional promote principle, attitude ability two-way training principle, quality behavior first principle, thereby promote our country automobile industry’s overall quality to rise, urged China’s automobile industry’s long-term development.
