The quality management system is the essential quality activity that being oriented to establish and implement the quality policy and object. In recent years, more and more dramatic food affair appear in our country, such as milk powder incident, main component event, waste oils event, and frozen meat event, which highlight the importance and necessity of the construction of quality management system. It is constructed in the inner enterprise and often used to guarantee the quality and object of the products. At present, the system of national production system access is instituted in our country,that is, the system of quality safety. Most of the medium and small food businesses construct their quality management based on the QS Identification, however, the product quality is not being guaranteed only according to the system in the producing process. The thesis takes Z food-producing factory for example, is expected to suffer some useful and effective information on the establishment and optimization of the quality management system for the he medium and small food businesses. Moreover, the research is also used to improve the level of enterprise management, which could help the factory better develop in the new economic trend.The thesis mainly focus on the operation of quality management system of Z food-producing factory from four aspects, such as factory structure, quality policy and object, system documentation and process control, based on the methods of digging reference, Statistics, and investigation and so on. The author in terms of the control scheme, in order to expose the statues of the product quality and conclude that the factory needs to reconstruct the quality management system. According to the problem analysis and seven factors mentioned in the theory of quality management system, the thesis present the effective plan which is able to construct the quality management system of Z food-producing factory and form a good enterprise quality atmosphere. The most important of the plan is the quality culture, that is to say, to integrate other factors and form the "three integrity" quality management system. During one year, the experimental result is up to the expectation based on the statistic. In the research processing, the construction of quality management system exist some problems. Thus, the author point out the optimize methods that focus on the object improvement, customer attention and human culture. It is expected to optimize and improve the quality management of Z food-producing factory, pushing the enterprise develop steadily in the current economical environment. |
