The industrialization of agriculture has risen since1990s. And theirown development of the agriculture leading enterprises which are theleaders of the industrialized operation is the key that affects condition ofthe industrialized operation. The development of agriculture leadingenterprises not only contributes to the efficiency of agriculture andincreasing of farmers’ income, but also improves China’s agriculturalcompetitiveness. There’re other advantages of development of agricultureleading enterprises, for example, it contributes to achieving the goal ofsustained increase in rural incomes and it ensures effective supply ofmajor agricultural products, stabilizing of the market price anddevelopment of agriculture. So the agriculture leading enterprisesoccupies an important position in the development of agriculturalindustrialization.The paper selected an agriculture leading enterprise in LiaoningProvince—Junxi beef and mutton Group as the research object. On thebasis of deep research, this paper applies economics and managementsuch as incentive theory, human capital theory, strategic human resourcemanagement and agricultural economics and studies on its presentsituation, the main problems in human resources management and how tofurther improve the efficiency of human resources management in theperiod of the twelfth five-year plan. And it’ll propose some guidance for the human resources management of the agriculture leading enterprises inLiaoning Province and even to the whole country and it also hasimportant practical significance.The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is theintroductory section. It mainly introduces this paper’s background,purpose and meaning. It also introduces the research status of topics indetail. The second chapter is about related concepts and basic theories.This chapter mainly analyzes the related concept and theories and lays atheoretical foundation for the commencement of the paper. The thirdchapter briefly describes Junxi beef and mutton group’s historicalevolution and development status. The forth chapter analyzes thesituation of human resources management in Junxi beef and mutton group.The fifth chapter discusses the existing problems of the human resourcemanagement in Junxi beef and mutton group. The sixth chapter putsforward to how to improve human resources management of Junxi beefand mutton Group.
