Standard And Method On Selection Of Liaoning Regional Leading Industry

Regional leading industries has large share in regional economic structure and good economic benefit with eco-innovation and wide-open market, which is the power of regional economic growth. Presently Many Chinese and foreign scholars had made theoretical and empirical research in the choosing of leading industry, they had made a lot of handshakes in this issue.But in consideration of the diversity and complexity of regional economy, different scholars choose different criterions and indicators, then they choose the different industry as the leading industry. So this paper take the basis and choice system of the advantageous industry as objects.Choosing the leading industry is premised on defining important concepts which are similar with the leading industry, to avoid the deviation making by conceptual confusion. This paper research on the basis of summarizing the successful practice of theory in China and abroad and determine the basis of choosing the leading industry of LiaoNing province which are comparative advantage, industrial connection, technical progress, market potential. After analyzing the situation of industrial structure in LiaoNing province this paper points out four problems:1. Three structural evolution is not reasonable.2.The second industry is not strong enough.3.The tertiary industry is underdeveloped.4. Industrial correlation is low. At last, after summing up the current situation of LiaoNing province this paper establish the leading industries which are Coal Mining and Dressing, chemical industry, Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Industry, Communication equipment computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing and Transportation and warehousing postal service.
