Study On The Government Regulation Of China’s Food Safety

Food safety has become the focus problem in the world today. In recent years,the government continuously strengthens the food safety supervision. But, the currentsituation of food safety is still far from satisfactory. Food safety accidents not onlythreat people’s life, but also reduce the credibility of the government, threateningsocial stability and national security. Therefore, it is urgent to learn from the accident,realize the problem in the food safety, draw on foreign experience, improve thesupervision of food safety and guarantee our country’s food safety.The thesis falls into six parts: the introduction part, the food safety’s relevancetheory, the government’s supervision, the international comparison in thesupervision， the current situation of food safety and the suggestion in the security ofsupervision. The theory contains food safety and the supervision’s concepts andconstituent elements. Through the case analysis, analyze the government supervisioneffectiveness in the accidents and formulate the situation and problem. Through thecomparison of the home and abroad, this paper, from the agencies improve, legalsystem construction and so on, put forward some countermeasures. Hope the papershould play a part in the theory and practice of food safety’s supervision.
