A Study On The Problem Of Administration Of Food Safety In The Production Field

Food is the living and developing substantial bases for the people to depend on.The problem of food safety is the fatal issue which is connected with health in bothbody and mind and national livelihood. Recent years, supervising system on foodsafety the countries have built. As a result, the problem of food safety is becoming afocus which concerned by most countries and people around the world with thehigh-speed development of economic of China and the improvement of livingstandard. T here frequently happened vicious events about food safety in some nationsand regions all over the world. The food safety problem is serious in our country. Ithas influenced on social steady and harmony. At the same time with solving the foodsupplying problem basically, the society paid more and more attention to the foodsafety problem, along with the sustaining development in high speed of our economyand society. The problem of food safety has become an important factor whichmeasures the living quality of People and the legality construction of our country.The paper is divided into four sections. The first part analyses present situationof food safety supervision and regulation of food safety production problems; Thesecond part is analyzed using legal theory, the principle of the food safety supervisionand regulation, market admittance system and related legal liability; the third part ofthis paper introduces in detail the situation about the food safety legislation andsystem in some developed countries, such as USA, EU, Japanese. Learning from it,the paper sets forth the enlightenment of the foreign food safety legislation and lawenforcement system to improve and develop the China’s food safety legal systemstanding on the applicable view by theory analyzing.
