Research On Middle Managers Of Z State-owned Coal Mines Of Performance Appraisal

Middle managers in the enterprise is necessary to interpret and issued superiorstrategies, plans, orders, and collect and analyze the completion of the work ofsubordinates and problems, but also to monitor and control, out of scores submitted tohigher authorities. Middle management staff determine its characteristics different fromother levels of staff need to develop the assessment program. In the evaluation resultsbut also focus on management capacity assessment, and focus on a combination ofqualitative and quantitative analysis, in order to obtain more scientific examinationresults.This paper focuses on middle management, mine Z establishment of mechanismsfor performance appraisal and implementation.
