Middle managers in the enterprise is necessary to interpret and issued superiorstrategies, plans, orders, and collect and analyze the completion of the work ofsubordinates and problems, but also to monitor and control, out of scores submitted tohigher authorities. Middle management staff determine its characteristics different fromother levels of staff need to develop the assessment program. In the evaluation resultsbut also focus on management capacity assessment, and focus on a combination ofqualitative and quantitative analysis, in order to obtain more scientific examinationresults.This paper focuses on middle management, mine Z establishment of mechanismsfor performance appraisal and implementation. Z mines in the state-owned enterprisesmiddle management middle management job analysis and the existing problems inperformance appraisal based on the analysis, discusses how to establish and implementoptimized middle managers performance evaluation mechanism. In this paper, theexisting state-owned coal mining enterprises Z middle managers performanceevaluation mechanism based on the optimization and improvement, an increase ofmiddle management software performance evaluation, so that performance appraisal ofmiddle management would cover non-performance performance and performance twoaspects of the assessment, performance appraisal with goal management theory wereselected and KPI evaluation method. For the performance evaluation of theimplementation, proposed the establishment of a special assessment working group,organization, and monitoring and evaluating the work of preparing the application to theevaluation results earned a process, give full play to the role of performance appraisal,middle management personnel to improve individual performance, enhance the overallperformance.
