Abstract/Summary:
The theory of project management has been widely applied in productdevelopment process in many Chinese and foreign companies, the researchand application of project human resource management is becoming moreand more popular, however there are not many related researches on theapplication of project human resource management in elevator productstesting, which is the topic of the thesis.Based on the today’s actual problems the company is facing to, thethesis systematically analyzes the root causes and possible solutions throughthe concept of four main aspects ‘Organization Planning’,‘Recruitment’,‘Team Building’ and ‘Team Management’ of project human resourcemanagement, combined with the characteristics of elevator testing. At the end,it concludes a set of management methods which could be applied in theelevator companies.The detailed contents are:Firstly, in chapter of introduction, it describes the background of thesubject, domestic and abroad research situations and output on aspects ofproject management, human resource management and project humanresource management.The next, it introduces the basic theory of project human resourcemanagement and the characteristics of testing projects in elevator products bymeans of some real cases.Then, it analyzes the actual situation in implementing project humanresource management in elevator testing, including new product development process, project organization structure, roles and responsibilities of teammembers and the major problems happened in the actual testing projects.Afterwards, it raises up the solutions of project human resourcemanagement in elevator testing, including optimizing the project organization,improving project manager’s leadership skills, training of technical skills,designing the personal development plan, project team management andrecruitment strategies.The last chapter concludes the outputs of the research by a few typicalcases, raises up the disadvantages and the further expectations.
