| With the development of manufacture technology in China,traditional manufacturing enterprises are confronted with challenges and risk,including the spread of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology with IT-dive,the rising enterprises cost result from rising labor cost,and new requirement to human resource quality and ability in the new manufacturing environment.Training and reserving key manufacturing technical talents is the key to achieve manufacturing industry upgrading.Learning theories in class and handing-down teaching method are transitional ways to train talents,which is difficult to estimate talents training quality and quantity result to weak human resource supply chain system.This thesis takes training project of manufacturing technical talents in Sunny Optical Technology as example.Base on business requirement of Sunny optical technology,design suitable talent development project.By practice,project management has obvious advantages in developing technical talents which can control quality and quantity of talents efficiently.Compared with traditional talents development methods,its training aims are more specific.Evaluation standard is much clearer.Development methods can be described.Talents quality can be evaluated.Talents quantity feedback can be given.This article aims to apply project management to talents development standardization through project management application and research,in order to form talents development methods of Sunny optical technology. |
