| From the beginning of Baosteel construction in1985, Baosteel international management has experienced three stages. The first stage is to do international trading business. The second stage is to invest in overseas mining. The third stage is to build overseas steel company. In order to adapt to the globalization and trend of international steel industry and quicken the pace of development, on Oct.3rd,2007, Baosteel and CVAD, Brazil jointly established CSV Steel Company in the city of Victoria of Brazil. It is a sign that Basteel start its first overseas steel construction project. Meanwhile, CSV Project brings about a new study of international talents’training.Through a great deal of survey and research work, the paper puts forward the elements of international talents’ abilities for CSV Project, which cover Baosteel strategy, foreign language, cross-culture communication, project management, international business, information handling, international operation and innovation. The paper devises the overall training program for the eight models with modern professional training vision and international training concept.Guided by the overall training program and aiming to students’ specific conditions, a detailed training plan is implemented for the first group of staff of the Project. The evaluation to training results is the last link of the whole training. Choosing right assessment methods will make the training more efficient. The paper adopts Kirkpatrick four level evaluation methods and devises a set of sheets to evaluate the whole training results. At the end of the paper, conclusions and outlook are drawn for the study. |
