With the development of marketing economy and the improvement of people’s livingcondition, tourism is becoming more and more popular in China, and the tourism industryis developing very fast in China. According to the Twelfth Five Year Plan, Chinagovernment will encourage the tourism industry to be the strategic pillar industry of thenational economy by launching supportive policies. Dahongshan Tourism DevelopmentCo., Ltd is specialized in the management of the Lvlin Mountain Resort. In the fastdevelopment of the company, the salary management is playing a very important role. Onewell designed salary system helps the company to attracting talents, stabilize talents andencourage talents, it is a good method to improve the performance of the talents and drivethe company moving forward. Therefore, it is very important for the company to optimizeits salary system, and it is also one important part for the company to build its corecompetence.This thesis studied the salary management system of Jingshan Dahongshan TourismDevelopment Co., Ltd by using the methods of combining the theory with practice. Theauthor uses the modern salary management theory as its guide, it analyzed the realsituation of the company, from the aspects of how to attract, stabilize and use the talents,and it also designed a new salary management system according. This thesis pointed outthe disadvantages of the company, and provided the measures for improvement; this willbe helpful for the company to optimize its salary management system and managementsystem and to solve the problem puzzled the further development of the company and toaccelerate the development of the company.
