| The study focuses on the relationship of individual demands and job stress.Theindividual demands in the study include two sides,one side,it means ideal individualdemands;one side,it means these individual demands which are satisfied by the actualsupply environment,they are showed by the matching degree of demand-supply in thestudy.Then use Structural Equation Model statistical method to analyze.According to thestudy results put forward a reasonable management countermeasure and suggestions.First of all,should summarize the research present situation and findings of domesticand foreign about job stress,and the theory and classification of individual demands.In thepart,define the meaning of job stress and individual demands,and introduce thePerson-Environment Fit theory which is the theoretical basis of building the model.Secondly,according to the theoretical basis and study ideas puts forward studyhypothesis,defines the study’s variables,and build the model which show the relationshipof individual demands and job stress.Then,the study use questionnaire to acquire thesample data,in the process,include questionnaire design,grant,recover.Thirdly,in this study,analyzes sample data by using SPSS and Structural EquationModel statistical method,eventually get a good fitted model showing relationship.Thenacquire the relationship of individual demands and job stress.The study results show thatideal individual demands has a positive influence on job stress; the matching degree ofdemand-supply has strong negative correlation with job stress, and the effects are higherthan the effects which ideal individual demands influence job stress positively.Finally,according to the results from the statistical analysis of data,put forward areasonable human resources management practice suggestions,aims to make full use ofhuman resources in the organizational level,reduce talented person turnover,improve thecore of organizational competitive strength.In the individual level,should reliefindividual’s job stress,and improve job performance. |
