| Key posts’ employees of coal enterprise bear the important responsibility, which affects the realization of enterprise strategic goal. China’s coal market has been continued depression in recent years, meanwhile the development and survival of coal enterprise are faced with severe challenge, and solving key posts’ person and post matching is important. Realizing key posts’ person and post matching in light of both person and post matching of the quantity and person and post matching of the quality, but at present there are less research on the key posts’ person and post matching of the quantity and person and post matching of the quality of coal enterprise. This paper works on key posts of coal enterprise, four aspects are studied, including the theoretical model of key posts’ person and post matching, model of key posts’ person and post matching of the quantity, model of key posts’ person and post matching of the quality and empirical study.Firstly, based on relative theory, this paper defines the concept of state-owned large and middle scale coal enterprise, key posts of state-owned large and middle scale coal enterprise and key posts’ person and post matching of state-owned large and middle scale coal enterprise, and based on process analysis of key posts’ person and post matching, this paper puts forward the theoretical model of key posts’ person and post matching for coal enterprise.Secondly, based on influencing factors analysis of key posts’ personnel requirement, this paper uses correlation analysis to determine main influence factors, and based on basic principle of BP neural network, main influencing factors of key posts’ personnel requirement are taken as input for BP neural network, meanwhile the value of the personnel requirement of key posts’ are taken as output for BP neural network, this paper constructs model of key posts’ person and post matching of the quantity on state-owned large and middle scale coal enterprise.Then, based on construction approaches of key posts’ competency model, this paper constructs key posts’ competency indexes by using literature research method, on the spot interviews and questionnaire method, which are the measurement indexes of key posts’ person and post matching. The measurement indexes of key posts’ person and post matching of the quality are taken as input for BP neural network, evaluation results of key posts’ person and post matching of the quality are taken as output for BP neural network, this paper constructs model of key posts’ person and post matching of the quality on state-owned large and middle scale coal enterprise.Finally, this paper conducts empirical research analysis of key posts’ person and post matching of H company by using builded model and analytical method, the results showed that evaluation results of key posts’ person and post matching of the quality can be obtained and personnel scale of key posts in future years can be forecasted with builded model of person and post matching of the quality and model of person and post matching of the quantity. It provides a reference decision-making for human resource management of enterprises, and it puts forward some suggestions on state-owned large and middle scale coal enterprise. |
