Personnel and post matching is a kernel issue in human resource management, it has drawn great public attention. The fit of talents job is to ensure that staff play an effective role in corporate human resources, and measuring and calculating fit degree of talents job provides a basis for decision making. In recently years, a lot of literatures have shown that two-sided matching decision is a new research direction in the economic and management research area. But in the operation process system, the effectiveness of the whole system is the most important. So in many cases, reducing some aspects of satisfaction is a easy way to improve overall system productivity.
