The goal of any enterprises’development is to achieve strong,so it’s inevitable to take the road of scale expansion and build the economy of scale,it’s necessary to enhance the strength and competitiveness.but the actual situation is not as what we imagined,not all the expansion of enterprises’ scale are succeed.there is a big gap between ideal and reality.a lot of problems happen in expansion,eg,funding issues,management issues,institutional issues and personnel issues.Because of the contradiction between rapid expansion of enterprises’ scale and human resources shortage,on the one hand more and more talented are needed:on the other hand,the lag in management system in this expansion leads to the loss of employees,and most of them are the backbones.If this problem cannot be settled in a right way,it will bring serious consequences.Beijing LW Company is a professional education company that focuses on the high school and college entrance examination counseling development and cultivation of studying abilities,and also upgrading and exercise of middle school students’qualities.this paper will take Beijing LW company for example and through the survey of the employees’ demission tendency in enterprise’s expansion development to explore the real reason of employees’ demission,so as to put forward the constructive strategies in employees’ stay and reduction in demission.And provide some clear and specific ideas in employees stay for the company and other similar companies. The first chapter is introduction.It puts forward the background and significance of this research,pointing out the main content,method and framework,as well as related conceptions,and cited the relevant theoretical basis,as the theoretical basis of this paper.The second chapter is theory and literature review.It includes the theoretical review of employee demission and overview of theoretical research on demission tendency.This part makes a demonstration of the issues of qualities and characters of staff first to get a preliminary understanding of various situation of the staff.Then discusses the scope of demission and has a certain understanding of employees ’dimission tendency through the stuff such as concept of demission tendency,the importance of demission tendency research and the main manifestations of it,The third chapter discusses the research precept design of employees’ dimission tendency in expansion of LW Company.Firstly introduces the general situation of LW Company from background,scale and business aspects.Secondly,describes the personnel structure of the company and the lstatus of staff demission.And the third part narrates the survey program of the staff demission of LW Company including the method,scope,the design questionnaires,and statistical survey results.The fourth chapter is about the result of the survey.first,describes the survey sample.Then make a statistical analysis for the sample according to the conditions described through the sample.at last,make an conclusion.The last chapter is to make some methods and strategies in reducing and eliminating demission tendency of staff in expansion of LW Company according to the conclusion.
