In recent years, the job demission of core employees has become a popular phenomenon in the bank industry with the improvement of the financial industry as well as the impact on the traditional financial industry caused by e-commerce has intensified. The paper selected the tendency of job demission of core employees of state-owned commercial banks as object, aim to analyze the problems in the internal organization of bank, explore and improve the job demission tendency management of the commercial banks and provide the advice to improve their management of tendency of job demission.This study defines motivation and research purposes of this paper and investigate the demission management, turnover intention and important factors of turnover intention literature review. At the same time, we also sort out the scale to measure the turnover intention and effective approach to reduce employee turnover intention through related study at home and abroad. And according to what we found, we established the hypothesis of this study, and designed the formal questionnaire and collect research data through questionnaire. After the questionnaires were collected, we test the hypotheses with statistical methods. According to the analysis result, we found that the reasons why the turnover rate of current state-held commercial banks is so high and a larger number of employees has a tendency to resign are as follow: employee job satisfaction is at a low level, the penetration of corporate culture is not enough, most employees are dissatisfied on organizational commitment and the psychological contract are common. Meanwhile, the higher organizational commitment increase with the increasing bank employees’ perception of corporate culture higher and the degree of psychological contract fulfillment, there was a significant positive correlation between the three. Beside, organizational commitment and job satisfaction both have a significant negative impact on turnover intention.For this matter, state-held commercial banks should improve human resource management system, improve job satisfaction and the sense of belonging of bank employees, and reduce turnover intention and lower turnover rate. Finally, this article raised four suggestions: strengthen the organizational culture, improve internal communication mechanisms staff, and pay attention to construction work and other personnel on management of demission of state-held commercial banks.
