The problem of rest home H staffs’demission has been puzzling the rest home’s leaders for a long time. The staffs’resignations, especially the excellent staffs, increase the management difficulty, low the staffs’efficiency, increase manpower cost, and dramatically influence the normal development of the rest home. Therefore, this existed problem in the rest home needs to be solved as soon as possible.This article is based on theories about demission management studies from home and abroad, carefully counts and analyzes the present situations and factors about labor turnover in rest home H. First, this article points out the necessity of the study by gathering data, collating and assorting and combines the effects on staffs’ turnover in recent years. We design an in-service staffs’satisfaction questionnaire according to the actual conditions of the rest home. Through questionnaire survey and leaving staffs’interview, this passage contrasted and counted the statistics to collect and analyze the factors of demission then we found the main reason of it and sort it in order. Finally, the article provides corresponding solutions to the rest home/fs staffs demission according to the order of these factors, combining the special characteristic of the old people industry and the special position of the distripark.At present the study of demission management in the industry of the old people is still a blank field. This article is based on the theories about studies of demission management from home and abroad, combining the special characteristic of the industry and through carefully investigating and scientific analyzing, hopes to help enterprises find more innovative methods to deal with demission management. For example, companies could establish a "Staffs Concern Committee", an AB corner on key positions, a staffs retired system and a leaving staffs information store, systematically built a comprehensive demission management system of "prevent-intervene-pro-management". This article offers some specific methods for pursuing the demission management and also provides the whole industry of the old people actual cases to solve the problem of staffs’demission management.
