As continuously development of China's economy, it has increasingly participation in the world economic cooperation and competition. As a new model of industrial development, industrial clusters' leading role in the world economy development becomes increasingly distinct. Timely access to and remain the high-quality knowledge workers is a key factor for the industry cluster to gain a competitive edge and maintain long-term development trends. However, in the context of industrial clusters, as the frequency of the knowledge workers mobility is accelerating, which brings a lot of uncertainties to the enterprise in its maintaining of the knowledge workers and affect the company's core competitive upgrade in turn. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research on the characteristics of the knowledge workers' perception about the risk of demission in the industrial clusters, to explore influential factor of the demission risk perception, and to construct the model that illustrating the relationship between the demission risk perception and the demission intension. This thesis firstly researched and summarized main points of the relevant theoretical literature about the industrial cluster and employee demission. Based on the cognitive psychology theory, and through theoretical research, it defines the concept of demission risk perception of the knowledge workers, and conceived that perception of the demission risk was constituted by the three dimensions of the knowledge worker's perceived risks of career development, performance realization and organizational supporting. Through literature research, depth interviews, focus group discussions, open and closed questionnaire survey, the thesis measured the level of knowledge worker's demission risk perception from the two aspects of the possibility of demission and the seriousness of the consequences, verified the structural features of three-dimensional model of the demission risk perceptions, and constructed a three-dimensional structural feature model for the concept of the knowledge workers demission risk perception.Secondly, the empirical studies were conducted to analyze the impact factors of knowledge worker's perception of the demission risk by applying the prospect theory and cognitive psychology theories. The thesis put forwards the significant differences existed in the perception of the demission risk cased by the knowledge worker's individual characteristics based on the reference point effects theory; by applying the heuristic cognitive bias theory, it proposes that there is a significant impact of the factors such as overconfidence, controlling of the illusion and belief in the law of small numbers on the knowledge worker's perception of demission risks. The study research on the general trend about the impact of the level of individual knowledge worker's point of reference on the perceived risk of demission; raises that there is a significant negative correlation between the three kinds of cognitive bias of the excessive self-confidence, the controlling of fantasy and the law of trust in small number, with the perception of the demission risks, and overconfidence's regulating effect is existed in the controlling of fantasy, the law of trust in a small number and the perception of the demission risks. Finally, the theoretical and empirical research was also conducted about the prediction function of the knowledge worker's perception of the demission risks on the demission tendency, and it build the relationship model that illustrating the impact of the perception of demission risk on the demission intentions. Taking the knowledge worker's perception of the demission risks as an important antecedent variable that can determine their demission intention, to conduct the research on the relationship between the perception of risks about career development, performance realization, organizations support and the perception of the risks about the knowledge workers demission, and on this foundation, it also research on the moderation effects of individual risk preference on the relationship between demission risks perception and the demission intensions, as well as revealing the process and mechanism of the demission risks' perception effects on the demission intension.
