As the rapid and sustainable development of China’s economy and society progress, the building enterprise has not only gained the climax of development, but also faced the crisis of the executives’ demission. In order to resolve the current crisis and promote the sustainable development in the field of building enterprise, this paper attemps to analyze the factors which contribute to the demission of executives in Guangdong GT group and work out relevant strategies to decrease the influence of the demission of executives based on the research results of demission at home and abroad. By taking advantage of the methods of interview and questionnaire survey to collect relevant data, along wirh data analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) The executives’demission in Guangdong GT group is greatly influenced by the following three aspects:enterprises interior, enterprise exterior and individual executives. Among them, the realization of the current situation including enterprise development prospects, rare development potential for individuals, complicated relations in corporate management, unreasonable salary system design, lack of corporate culture, account for the main reasons of demission of company executives in guangdong GT group.(2) The executives’ demission in Guangdong GT group is divided into six stages: stability, sprouted phase, hesitation phase, decision-making phase, leaving shocks and aftershocks. Each phase presents different characteristics.(3)Due to different phases of the demission of executives in Guangdong GT Group, pro active regulation and supervision, in-process control and post management should be counter measures of the roots cause and symptoms of the demission of executives. Among which, pr oactive regulation and supervision should take priority.
