Following the development of global economy and domestic enterprise, talent can not be ignored for the development of enterprises. Nowadays, the competition among enterprises is getting more and more violently, and the same situation among enterprises which are taking on similar area. But what's more important, the competition between enterprises now change into the competition between talents, if the enterprise would like to stand on the vantage point, they have to consider how they can invite more talents. At present, how to recruit and attract the talents into their enterprise, even how to control the talent mobility and demission are all important issues which can not be ignored of the human resource management.This article is formed on the basis of the research on talents mobility during two months which taken by Zc Jdjob88.com and the research on employment stability which implemented by the Association of Science and Technology of China. This article analyze the phenomenon of talents mobility and demission, which including the reasons of talents themselves and other outside reasons. Based on the analysis and the influence on enterprises of the talents mobility and demission, this article provide some countermeasures for enterprise to control the talents mobility and demission, in which the recruiting, appointment and leaving office are all included. Besides of these countermeasures, from the point of enterprise, this article also provides some suggestions about risk management and control strategy for enterprise once the talents mobility and demission is occurred.
