How to evaluate to enterprise staff training is always the enterprise human resourcesdevelopment work has been solved an important issue. Practice has proved, scientific trainingevaluation to understand the effect of enterprise investment, defined contribution to theorganization, training that make staff training records are very important.This paper of domestic and foreign literature research system is analyzed on the basis ofthe evaluation model and the commonly used at home and abroad and evaluation methods forthe Harbin petrochemical company of the evaluation of training effect which establishes thetheoretical basis. In Harbin petrochemical company staff training on the basis of investigation,from staff training investment, staff training organization, staff training evaluation threeanalyses the enterprise training evaluation the status quo.
