Work-happiness thinking is an intellectual movement with the corporational culturemanagement. The human resource managers have recognized the importance ofwork-happiness, but the studies of the issue abroad are standing on the sight of positivepsychology, and a long time scholars have an active interst in work enhancement ofhedonic and job satisfaction, which blurred the distinction between work-happiness andwell-being.This paper geting a psychology perspective, re-parsing and definitions ofwork-happiness and work-well being, and then discuss the importance of a happy workfrom the perspective of human nature, so as to arrive work-happiness is me,work-happiness is feeling and is human’s indispensable demand for the "happy people"assume human nature.This paper attempts will be relatively new immersion experience scale (FSS) used inthe study of happiness. Using interviews, questionnaires and statistical analysis methods,combined with the self satisfaction questionnaire, work happiness level of the studysample and the impact of factors affecting happiness, research, and demographicvariables, work happiness, affecting Happy important factors to differences in analysis,and finally settled at the organizational level, pointing out that human resource managersfrom which to enhance staff happy.The following conclusions are been finded: Firstly, the work-happiness can not beconfused with well-being, the work-happiness is a psychological feeling of happiness, isthe internal demand, and work well-being is a working mood; Secondly, job satisfactiondegree of well-being, of significantly related to job satisfaction and work well-being, thedegree of self-assessment is not significant; Third, the impact of job satisfaction factors,the relationship between colleagues, organizational pride, work environment, jobfeedback training and performance evaluation.The above factors do not significantlyaffect the sense of happiness, lastly, people over the age of51degrees are happier thanthe other age group, gender happiness degree significant difference.Finally, this paper points enhance staff happy the proposals.
