The fundamental way of sustainable development is innovation, organizationallearning is the essential element of innovation of company. Many enterprises haverealized the importance of learning, they called on employees to continue learning, andarranged a variety of training for employees, but got bad results. How to learn and howorganizational learning influences organizational performance are becoming the focus.Drawing upon prior research on organizational learning, this study discusses theproblems of the organizational learning flow, examines the relationships amongfeed-forward learning flow, feedback learning flow, work happiness and jobperformance.This study integrates theories on organizational learning flow, work happiness andjob performance, and proposes that:(1) feed-forward and feedback learning flow canboth improve happiness at work;(2) the more aligned feed-forward and feedbacklearning flow are, the better the happiness at work;(3) the influence of feed-forwardlearning flow on happiness at work is higher than the influence of feedback learningflow on happiness at work;(4) happiness of work is higher when feed-forward learningflow is aligned with feedback learning flow at a high level rather than whenfeed-forward learning flow is aligned with feedback learning flow at a low level;(5)happiness of work completely mediates the relationship between balance organizationallearning flow and job performance.This study tests the propositions using a rigorous empirical research. Afterdesigning and pre-testing the questionnaire, the author conducts an in-depth studyamong top, middle, grassroots and non-managers in enterprises, which involving355interviewers. On the base of testing reliability and validity of data, this study examinesthe hypotheses using hierarchical regression analysis. The results show significantsupport for all of the hypotheses except that the influence of feed-forward learning flowon happiness at work is higher than the influence of feedback learning flow onhappiness at work.This study shows that:(1) happiness of work and job performance can coexist inChinese enterprises;(2) the key factor of coexistence is balance organizational learningflow, it influences job performance through happiness of work;(3) feed-forward and feedback learning flow must be balanced, which can maximize job performance andhappiness of work.
