In the condition of happiness as the value goal of people's livelihood, which has been more and more focused by the society, traditional management has been unable to adapt to the needs of changes about management situations and humanity. Therefore, as the business organizations, it is necessary to survey manage resources from the perspective of happiness, and project the ultimate meaning of happiness proposed management concept on the base of happy man hypothesis, the connotation of happiness and pondering over ultimate good fundamentally. This management theory that take Marxist theory of human nature as foundation, highlight humanistic advantage of"happy man hypothesis", and base on it, This management theory indicate the entelechy and underlying value of management, then seek a optimal management mode which combine institution with humanity effectively.The core thought of happiness management idea lie in take advantage of human factor to serve for organizations, it take human as the most important management resources, respect the core position of human,pay close attention to human thinking and feeling, satisfy human needs, pursue human self-realization. Happiness management idea attach importance to play value's role to balance and regulate organism, suggest that manage must accord with human mind;rally public support, acquire employee's self-identity, arouse employee's belonging and sense of achievement by establishing value system center on happiness, in order to motivate human initiative, positivity and creativity, explore individual talent, manifest personal value, make people obtain mental happiness and joy.Happiness management idea emphasizes analyze the reason that employees are lack of well-being in terms of human mentality. It consider in order that enrich and develop human life, promote human quality of life, we should construct a organization symbiosis circumstance which fulfil human nature and the need for good, get a balance between employee's work and live,family and job, arouse adequately the good in human nature by communication of feeling and spirit, by intensifing individual self-management, improve moral cultivation, promote self-personality, and implement a mind oriented employee happiness-plan.Happiness management idea lay stress on rational analysis to human-based management, it aim to thought ultimate good of management, pave the way for realize employee's self-achievement, then to achieve ultimate goal which enhance relevant stakeholder's welfare maximization, by analyze intension and basic idea of happiness management idea.
