Along with the development of modern science and technology and the world economicintegration up, the global economy gradually form the new pattern of international division oflabor, our country since joining the WTO, the world major car multinational companies haveto enter the Chinese market, and more and more Chinese car companies face and strongerdomestic market and international market do the formidable task of strategic alliance isundoubtedly in China’s automobile enterprise to growth and the development of the mostpowerful method. In China’s automobile enterprise strategic alliances which has made someprogress, but compared with the international large multinational companies, no matter in theform, or in in scale, the existence of the big gap. For China’s automobile enterprise strategicalliance remains to be further research.The research is carried out in the context of the globalization in automobile industry,global unrest changeful economic and political environment, as well as China’s economictransformation of this unique environment, based on strategic alliance has become a globalenterprise won the most powerful global competition means, automobile market in China andthe internationalization of China’s automotive industry in China and the relatively backwardin multinational group alliance with process, the existence of information asymmetry, thecompetency gap and benefits do not balance the status quo of the problem, mainly discussedthe strategic alliance of the concept, characteristics, form and strategic alliance strategy,analyzes the impact of strategic alliance strategy choice of factors, put forward the strategicalliance strategy choice of the framework of analysis, through the theory of strategic allianceinduction and deductive reasoning, think should be based on the strategic alliance strategychoice of the framework of analysis, integrated consideration of the environmental, resources,transaction cost, risk perception and expected performance level and other factors so as tochoose effective strategic alliance strategy.
