Research About The Mode Choice In The Project Of 3PL Strategic Alliance

As an effective competition-collaboration pattern, strategic alliance is accepted by each countries and districts of the world already for a long time. With the advancement of information technology and the rapid growth of the demand of logistics marketing of our country, the 3PL(the third-party logistics)companies are like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. However, because of the characters of logistics industry and the status in quo of the logistics companies in our country, deciding that to build the strategic alliance among 3PL companies is the urgent affairs, which likes a raging fire. But, in the process of the construction of the 3PL strategic alliance, there are many factors that block its progress. How to choose a suitable strategic alliance mode is the first problem to solve in the strategic alliance project.For the 3PL strategic alliance mode, academic circle probe into it based on the theoretical bedding surface, lacking of empirical research. This thesis introduces the 3PL strategic alliance project completely, based on absorbing the research in and out of the broad, combined with the status of the logistics marking and companies in our country. In succession, we conclude the influencing factors of 3PL strategic alliance selection, designing a model to suit the 3PL strategic alliance selection and proposing the theory suppose. At last, we do a series of statistical analysis with the parameters of the model. This thesis research on the 3PL company using strategic alliance theory and empirical method, and construct a model of 3PL mode selection, researching on the relationship of the variables of the model. Through data analysis, we recognize the key factors that influencing the logistics strategic alliance in our country, and they are the enterprise's status quo, the parterner's status quo and the environment, validating the theory suppose. On the other hand, in order to do contribution to the accelerating the strategic alliance project among 3PL companies, for the non-existing suppose, we give the explanation combined with the background of logistics industry.
