| Along with the irreversible trend of economical globalization and the end of China's transition period after joining WTO, the banks and securities companies all hope to strengthen their competitive power through rational and effective way in order to meet their own needs of development. According to present situation of separated operation and supervising, the strategic alliance of banks and securities companies (SABS) has provided a brand-new mentality by determination of contracts and fusion of stockholder's rights to the cooperation ways.This paper analyzed the promotional influence of SABS to the stability and efficiency of financial market according to related knowledge and theory. By the clues of macro-financial environment and micro-financial organizations, it also analyzed the reasons and effects of the establishment of SABS and proposed some strategies and suggestions of how to develop SABS.Firstly the paper comprehensively analyzed the development route of both separated and mixed operation in domestic and foreign countries, and the connotation of enterprise strategy alliance. It expounded the possibility of establishing SABS according to the theory and experience from other countries.Then in the second part, it analyzed the realistic motivation. Because of the pressure of mergers and acquisitions from foreign financial organizations, both of the banks and securities companies have the motive to strengthen their competitive power, reduce their risks and increase their creative profit.In the third part the paper proposed how SABS developed in different ways. Moreover it compared the effect brought by SABS, including two cases of it, and the comparative effect of banks by the method of deviation maximization.In the final part, the paper put forward some related strategies and proposals. As a reasonable transition way to mixed operation, we still need more endeavors in consummation of the financial system, innovation of the alliance and completion of technologies and network.. |
