Therefore, when our country’s security service industry gained a steady domestic foothold, should also grab the international market opportunities at the same time, planning for their own development for a long term. As a leading company of security service industry in our country, CP security service company had made overseas development strategy, in order to enhance their own development and promote national brands of Chinese security industry in the international market, and had exchanges and cooperation between overseas advanced security services company actively, and hoping to form international strategic alliance to gain advanced technology and management experience, to improve their competitiveness, to build the international well-known brand security service.This term paper firstly was based on the formation and development of the international strategic alliance, the types of motivation, as well as the theoretical basis for introduction; Secondly, analyzed the security service industry development history and the current situation of the development, to explore the feasibility of international strategic alliance implementation of the security service industry in our country to; then summarized the CP security services company’s profile, and by the analytical model of both SWOT and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), analyzed the motivation and implementation status of international strategic alliance of CP security service companies, then explored the concrete scheme of the implementation of the international strategic alliance, including the selection of alliance mode and the choice of alliance partners; then analyzed the implementation plan of the international alliance, and safeguard measures to the problems of strategy alliance. Finally this article’s research and the future research direction were concluded. This research will promote the international strategic alliance to the security service industry in our country to provide theoretical reference, and will have good theoretical significance and practical significance.
