| New energy（electric） vehicles have been listed as one of the Seven big strategic newindustry in our country.The development of electric vehicles not only has important practicalsignificance in dealing with issues as energy shortage、environment pollution and climatechange, but also has important strategic significance in adjusting auto industrial structure inthe critical period of China. The rapid development of global electric vehicles constantlyproves, researching and developing strategic alliance is the main form of driving thedevelopment of electric vehicles industry, it has become a consensus to regard building astrategic alliance as the strategic support of development of electric vehicles industry,especially in initial development stage. So far, the development of electric vehicles is still ininitial stage in China. The function of extant mode of researching and developing strategicalliance is not fully revealed, and it’s urgently theoretical and practical problem to be solvedto consider how to select the mode of researching and developing strategic alliance forelectric vehicles industry.This article includes four parts: Review of strategic alliance, Development situation ofelectric vehicles industry, Practice of researching and developing strategic alliance for electricvehicles industry, Mode selection of researching and developing strategic alliance for electricvehicles industry in China. The first chapter is mainly about the review of strategic alliance,referring to the basic theories, basic types, context and development of strategic alliance,which establishes the theory basis for the back of the paper. The second chapter is mainlyabout the development situation of electric vehicles industry, including The strategicsignificance of development of the electric vehicle in China, The situation of developingelectric vehicles industry at home and abroad, Comparative advantage of developing electricvehicles industry in China, The key factors to developing electric vehicles industry.Considering the latest information, the third chapter is mainly about several methods ofresearching and developing strategic alliance for electric vehicles industry from the practicalpoint, which establishes the directly basis for the next chapter. This chapter includes twomain content: One refers to the practice of researching and developing strategic alliance forelectric vehicles industry abroad, involves the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, the U.s.-Japan alliance, Japan-Korea alliance.This chapter also make comprehensive comb ofthe situation of the implementation electric vehicle research and development strategicalliance of the world famous vehicle manufacturers. Another one refers to the practice ofresearching and developing strategic alliance for electric vehicles industry at home, involvesregional Team、industry Team、national Team and international team. The chapter also makecomprehensive comb of the situation of cooperative research and development betweenChina and leading countries in the field of electric vehicle. Summarizing the first threechapters, it has become global practice to researching and developing strategic alliance forelectric vehicles, which provides the basic and only basis for the forth chapter (Centralcontent).Based on the further comb of many ways in practice of the electric vehicle researchand development strategic alliance, it is t summed up in two basic modes in the forth chapter:International development strategic alliance and Domestic development strategic alliance.According to two basic modes and relevant form of structure, as well as situation of currentresearch and development of electric vehicles in China, this paper puts forward threeselection modes for electric vehicle research and development strategic alliance in China: Thefist one is the International development strategic alliance, including Vehicle enterprisesR&D（research and development） Alliance、Supply chain integration R&D Alliance、Industries R&D Alliance. The second one is Domestic development strategic alliance,including Vehicle enterprises R&D Alliance、Supply chain integration R&D Alliance、Industries R&D Alliance. The third one is strategic alliance built among State governments,including China-German R&D（research and development） Alliance、China-Japan R&DAlliance、China-America R&D Alliance、China-Europe R&D Alliance.This article is based on theory of Strategic alliance.Firstly makes comprehensive comband analysis of the current situation of the development of electric vehicle industry at homeand abroad as well as the practice of Research and development strategy alliance. And thenput forward to feasible mode of research and development strategic alliance for thedevelopment of electric vehicles industry of China. The final aim is to promote thedevelopment of electric vehicle in China to more extensive and in-depth discussion. |
