According the forecast of CCID, By2015, China’s IT market will continue to maintain stable growth with the average annual growth rate of15.8%,indicating IT companies in China will continue to flourish. IT industry, as a knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive industry, needs a large number of personnel engaged in IT innovation which is the key to the rapid development of the industry. In other words, the competition in the IT industry is the talent competition, and personnel cultivation is the key to success in the competition to be an invincible position. Personnel cultivation relies mainly on training, and staff training is the most basic way of human resource development and core content.LC Group is one of the earliest Chinese IT brands. Over the years, LC with integrated strength in the Chinese IT industry has always been advanced in technology and unique software and hardware. Its brand is the unique and critical stage of development of information industry in China, leading to the development of information industry in China. At present, LC has become the sole large IT group with comprehensive strength in hardware and software in mainland China. LC’s software company is one of the pillar industries of the LC Group. With the continuous improvement of the overall strength of enterprises, LC software company has put forward higher requirements to employees in terms of not only the basic qualities but also efficiency. The current training system is unable to meet the needs of personnel training, urging to build a more scientific and rational training system.The topic of this paper is to optimize LC software company training system and to try to design more in line with the needs of the enterprise development training system, whose practical significance of the topic is to upgrade the quality of manpower in the case of enterprises. This paper comes first with the application and development of training theory, and in accordance with analysis of the structure of human resources and training system in the LC software company, starts from the basic training model and put forward the problems and shortcomings of the training system of the LC software company. First, leaders at all levels of the LC software companies are lack of staff awareness training and the company is out of the training system and corporate performance management system. The entire training is somehow lack of strategic objectives. Organization sets up imperfectly. All above cannot meet the work requirements; Secondly, the LC software company training system is relatively simple and weak supporting role, and management of internal lecturer team in place, the randomprocess of training curriculum development, teaching materials targeted low; Third, the training system is messed up with internal and external lecturer in the accumulation of a serious shortage and the lack of develop cost criteria and standards of management. Staff training files are incomplete; finally, training needs analysis unscientific. Non-standard training programs and quality assessment cause the results of training not be transformed into high-quality. The existence of the above problems greatly reduces the value of training.On the analysis of these issues and problems above, the paper from the four levels of training system upgrades the training management system, covering training organizational guarantee, training supporting system, training resources guarantying support systems and training operation and management system. Meanwhile,the paper study in optimization in four aspects including setting of training organizations, optimizing training system, enriching training resources and improving training processes. The training system optimization program proposed by study will have far-reaching modification impact in LC software company’s training management.
