At present,"after80s" in the Bank of Shizuishan staff accounted for more and more, they have become the main force in the development of Shizuishan bank. But"after80s"changes of the growing environment and Bank of Shizuishan, their traditional management mode and incentive mode is the conflict between the slowly emerged, the bank in the motivation of human resources management that need to be addressed urgently80staff incentive problems, to establish an effective incentive mechanism, new and old to meet different demands of employees, promote employees team is strong fusion and team construction, promoting the sound operation and sustainable development.In this paper the basic theory and related research of incentive based on the analysis of the Bank of Shizuishan, after80employees of incentive situation and demand satisfaction survey, and survey results carried out in-depth analysis, the Bank of Shizuishan after the staff of primary concern is the need of the development of demand, followed by material needs, again is needed, but the existing incentive status in these three is a reflection of the salary, team, individual incentive status satisfaction degree is low. In this paper, a bank of Shizuishan after the staff demand foundation as the starting point, in the80staff occupation background and characteristics based on the deep analysis, combined with the current situation and demand motivation satisfaction survey results, to analyze and solve the statistical results were found in the incentive problem for the purpose; based on the incentive theory, drawing on previous research results, the optimized construction after the staff incentive mechanism. This incentive mechanism, explore puts forward:first we should improve to pay for a core material incentive system, build fair and reasonable salary system; this was followed by the establishment of the new development of staff training incentive system, assist80staff planning their occupation career; secondly, to create a reasonable standard scientific management system, incentive system, the final implementation of positive people-oriented corporate culture incentive system, build good human resources incentive mechanism, promote Shizuishan the banking business is fast, stable development.
